In short
Check My Adverts and payment status; Feedback if a completed payment never unlocked the listing.
Bank transfer / EFT used to be common; most listings now pay online (e.g. PayPal/card) during publish.
How to do it
- Sign in and open My Adverts.
- Confirm the advert exists and whether payment shows completed.
- If you paid but the advert is still incomplete, wait for the payment provider to clear a pending payment, then reload My Adverts.
- If you paid outside the normal checkout flow and nothing appears, contact us via Feedback with the approximate time, amount, and advert title — do not email card numbers.
