Chester Race Week starts as the wind fills in

No wind greeted the sailors at the skipper's meetings for Alpha, Brava, and Charlie courses at Chester Race Week. Local dignitaries and race officials greeted the sailors. The opening ceremony had everyone piped in as they hoisted the CYC club burgee. The sea breeze has started to fill in as the sailors head out to the race course. Alpha course is scheduled to start racing at 1200, Bravo at 1300, and Charlie (the Bluenose class) at 1330.
