The summer is ticking by as fast as ever. But I hope you won't miss your chance to celebrate a successful 2011 racing season with one last big regatta party on the Toronto Islands at Queen City Yacht Club...

Last year, the racing was great and the party blew the power out.

For 2011, I'm very excited to announce that our committee has rounded up some tremendous sponsor support, including the giveaway of a gift certificate for $4,000 from UK-Halsey Toronto. Every boat that enters our Sept. 10th regatta has an equal shot at this incredible prize - however the registered skipper must be present for the 8:00pm draw back at QCYC that night in order to win (ID may be required).

And why not invite your family and friends to join you back at Queen City's historic clubhouse after the race? You'll be enjoying a rum tasting by Appleton, an all-you-can-eat Steak Sandwich buffet dinner, plus lots of entertainment and prizes from many great sponsors Mooring all weekend is free for participating boats and tender service to and from the mainland is free for all regatta crews and guests.

Entry Fee: $55 (or $85 for J24s & J22s)
Classes: IRC, PHRF, Whitesail, and One Design Classes
