The 2010 British Powerboat Festival taking place on the Isle of Wight over the August Bank Holiday weekend will feature the 50th anniversary of one of the world's great endurance events, the Cowes Torquay Cowes, with an international line-up of powerboats competing for glory. The fast and furious race action will be supported by off-water entertainment provided by the Festival's title sponsor, RB12.com. The action starts on Thursday 26th August and ends with a spectacular firework finale above the Cowes Yacht Haven on the 29th.
