Luxury yacht maker Ferretti to foray into China and India

CEO Salvatore Basile of the Italian luxury yacht making company, Ferretti, stated recently in an interview during the International Boat Show in Genoa that the company is planning to enter the markets in India and China and is looking for partnerships, after restructuring its 1.1 billion euros debt last year. Basile further added that sales could return to pre-crisis levels during the period 2013-14 if such partnerships materialize. Ferretti Group was founded in the year 1968 by Alessandro and his brother Norberto Ferretti, manufacturing cutting-edge designs and concepts in yacht making.
