This latest advance in sail technology comes from the black sail loft in Italy, where Point-7 has been working hard with their team of elite sail designers to construct hand-built sails.

The aim of the handcrafted project is to develop new and exciting sails that complement Point-7s already stunning range, such as a radical lightweight wave sail. The handcrafted sails will also provide the opportunity for sailors to own custom sails, a privilege usually only reserved for the top riders in the sport.

The sails are currently available in two models the AC-1 series and the Black Ice winter sail and they will be significantly lighter than the production models. Each batten will be custom built and grinded to size, and the sails bodies will be stripped to the core with perfect curve and tension. This range is for those sailors who want nothing but the finest experience on the water and the highest performance.
