Onboard with Enes Yilmazer, living the dream in Tenerife

Enes Yilmazer (Starboard / Severne) is an extremely talented young sailor with incredible potential to one day challenge for top honors in the slalom division. The twenty-four year old is a former two-time IFCA Youth Slalom World Champion, whilst in 2011 he was crowned the PWA Youth Slalom World Champion proving that he is certainly a name to watch carefully over the next few years.

As many of the world's best slalom sailors did, the Turk headed over to the consistently windy, beautiful shores of El Medano, Tenerife, for his winter training to partake in the Pro X Train training regime. With just three weeks to go it is going to be very interesting to see whether Yilmazer's hard work during the off season has paid off.
