oy waxy ya bald bowling ball- lay off my furry friend, teddybear... I think you have a serious case of fur envy.... if you had Cab gear like us you would get out more and be less frustrated....

Definatly got fur envy. sorry teddybear.

But i doubt i would get out and more if i had a cab ive probably spent 30hrs on the water minimum in the last week. Not to many cabs sighted only jordy maby they need some crew that will actually kite that have cabs in whyalla.

hm, one interesting thing though, all the kites in the kite+tree pics in this thread have a curved leading edge... bow/bridal design... wander if there is any relevancy...

So does this mean that because WA is basically a desert with bugger all trees, my 12m Switchy is able to roam freely in its natural environment without fear of these green and brown predators?

It's wrong that they fly in St.Kilda Harbour where they should NOT be,
(Near the slipway and close to kids learning to sail).

Even worse they seem to fall out of the sky in the retricted area, putting
people at risk. The other day one dropped on one of these small boats sailed by kids during a lesson. Others were seen crashing down, next to the slipway.

This is risking our spot to be closed and already caused complaints to the council.
Not sure if it is the kite or the people who fly them.

Unfortunately there is one Cabrinha team rider among them, riding in that area and
also showing no consideration to other kiters as well.

Because of this, they are seen as very uncool on our spot
