Firstly, thankyou for acting on this issue it seems like an excellent result has finally been achieved but for all us muppets can you please confirm in " laymans terms " :
With this new policy all AKSA members are covered third party public liability wise whilst kiting anywhere anytime ( meaning does not have to be a competition etc ) in Australia and the world to $10,000,000 ( except US & Canada ) !
IS this correct ?
If so, I will be showing my support and rejoining ASAP.
ps: Unfortunately I have to agree with dave....... it was pretty poor form on AKSA's behalf that such an important question was raised several days ago and not one person at AKSA was able to answer it ! In fact several of us were critisized for raising the issue....... ( the issue was raised not to critisize AKSA but to know once and for all where we as members stand insurance wise, many of us have familys to support etc.... and the thought of being sued for all you have got can hang heavy over peoples heads when there is no certainty.)
Lastly I sincerly wish all you guys and gals at AKSA the best of luck with the new comittee and the implementation of the new acountability and strategies we do appreciate the work that is being done particularly now we can see reform on the horizon and personally if AKSA continues to respond to members and their concerns I am more than happy to continue to support it.
Dare I ask .....were we covered under the old policy ?

( thats a joke I think we can leave that alone )
