I was contemplating entering the Kiting Grand Prix until I noticed Choicey was happily putting all of these peoples real names on the WWW !!!

Now just where did he say he was going to do that ?

I'm sure glad I didnt reply. And charity event or not, I'm wondering why would I enter if my real name is going to be published on the WWW without my consent - JUST FOR ENTERING THE COMP!!!!!

I use my real name because I have nothing to hide and whatever views I express online I am prepared to back up when you meet me on the beach.

I do not use it to PIMP myself, I just have no issue with you knowing who I am or what I think. People can hide behind there usernames - thats fine its your prerogative. What I have an issue with is people who write crap on these forums under the guise of an unknown identity.

If people were asked to use their real identity they would perhaps think before writing others off or posting garbage.

I think these forums have lost there way lately, the threads veering off the sport that binds us and has become the rant board for a chosen few who constantly take topics off kiteboarding and into some argument or burning session.
