liz n pat are a bloody crack up

i was thinking, you know how you see those celebritys who call themselves "power couples" and combine names. well they are both very... prominent users here on seabreeze.

so i was thinking something like Patabeth or GreenLizard

open for suggestions...

.............Wanted.................
Girl Kiter 10kg lighter than me (not tellin!)
Must have smaller gear
So when it gets to strong
She gets to watch, launch & land
Also must be good @ pumping.
Serious relationship considered.

“Why do people make statements that aren’t true?

..............., that does everything including pump itself up and pack itself away when i am finished. there has to be at least 5 kites out there that can do that? surely?

My kite does all of that. My kite came with a 6'4" muscly pump that also folds and packs the kite away and cleans the harness and kite when I get home. (he thinks I am too unco to do this myself and figures he spent alot of money on my gear so he will make sure it is well looked after)

I don't ride (86 kg) in 30 plus even on a 7 Fuel........not much fun really....maybe on a 5.

There are so many sad testosterone males on in this sport who are the big mouths on the forum...agreed Gerard, keep it real for the sake of the impressionable.

It's true....I am going to get out there and claim to have ridden in over 30 knots quite a few times. I'd say many, in fact. The simple truth is that it isn't a lot of fun. You have to be very careful which gets tedious after a while, but more importantly, the spray off the water really HURTS. A lot. I suppose windsurfers are used to this but it was a rude shock to me the first few times...

So, in my opinion; people who bang on about riding in 30knots or more and say they like it are either liars or laminated in shellac.

Now it all makes sense,

My old man used to give me a thorough shellacking when I was a kid, this possibly explains why I love winds over 30 knots

That and there's also no crowds to contend with in 30+, no surfers, no swimmers and usually no kiters. Sometimes a couple of Poleys, but hey, can't win em all

Good winds,
