yer i was out the same afternoon as glenn c and we did get bombed.. but it was the corona so we were'nt expecting to get waves on our own.. but when two groups of sup riders and cameras turned up all the good vibes left...i'am 59 and i have surfed most places around the planet on all sorts of boards..so i am not that naieve to expect every body is going to be cool but it was the mambo [corona].we did sup the day before at another spot with about 50 supers and no dramas...message to some leave your egos on the sand...just saying..
macs I agree regardless of the craft you will get the odd bad experience but I can't condone beating the **** out of someone on the beach. Also I figure if you have to do the deed then 5 to 1 is not a good number. I now look for the crowd and then move down the beach to have more fun.
fINALY WATCHED IT(IVE BEEN McAFFED AT WORK CANT WATCH A BLOODY THING ANY MORE)wHO SAID THEY CANT FIGHT?hMM...tHEY BOTH WENT WELL.aNYONE WHO HAS SPENT MORE THAN ONE MINUTE IN A REAL FIGHT WILL KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO KEEP YOUR BREATH AND PACE YOUR SELF.aS FOR THE FIGHT ITS SELF i FIRMLY BELIVE THAT WHEN 2 MALES HAVE A CONFRONTATION **** NEEDS TO BE SORTED RIGHT THEIR AND THEN.tHEY BOTH PROBABLY WALKED AWAY WITH SUPERFICIAL WOUNDS ON THE DAY BUT i BET THAT BOTH BOOGER AND STANDER NOW SHOW A LITTLE MORE RESPECT TOWARDS EACHOTHER.aND i RECON THEIR MATES MAY HAVE ALSO DEFLATED A TOUCH.
