Report rule-breaking posts; use thumbs/replies for ordinary disagreement.

If it should be deleted, use the report control on the post (flag / report). That queues it for moderation — faster than a forum pile-on.
Disagreeing with an opinion is not the same as “disgusting”; use thumbs and replies for ordinary disagreement, and report for genuine rule-breaking.
