Spirit of Canada Ocean Challenges at the Salon du Bateau Montreal 2010

Derek Hatfield and the Spirit of Canada Ocean Challenges Team will be attending the Salon du Bateau Montreal in Montreal at the Place Bonaventure starting January 28th and running through to February 1st. The Spirit of Canada team is located in booth #M-13 across from the Association Maritime du Quebec on level 200.

Derek, Canada's premier offshore singlehanded racer, will be also be conducting speaking seminars about his previous two races around the world; the Around Alone in 2002 and the Vendee Globe 2008 and his plans to compete in the Velux 5 Oceans this October in the new ECO 60 class. The seminar times are Thursday at 16.00hrs, Friday at 15.30hrs, Saturday at 17.00hrs and Sunday at 15.00hrs.
