What: Fishcare Volunteer Information Session |
South Oz Fisheries are looking for people to become Fishcare volunteers to help educate rec anglers and spread the good word on sustainable fishing around the Yorke Peninsula.
An info night is being held at 7pm in the Ardrossan Scouts Hall on Wednesday 27 October for people wanting to know more information.
The kinds of tasks volunteers could be involved in include helping keep anglers up-to-date with the rules and regulations by patrolling local jetties, boat ramps and other fishing hot spots providing rec fishers with advice and assistance.
