A girly Stand Up Paddle video from Maui - Talia Gangini

Talia Gangini's one of Maui's hottest names at the momentIt might be incredibly girly, with a girly song and girly dance moves - but this girls got skills!

Talia Gangini's one of Maui's hottest names at the moment and she's definitely one to watch on the stand up paddle tour this year. You could say Talia is another claim to fame for the little town of Paia on the north shore of Maui, which is renowned for being the starting place of most Stand up paddling companies in the world, including her sponsors Coreban, plus Naish and Cabrinha. It's also the much loved (and talked about) home towns of many high profile waterman (whether it's kitesurfing, SUP or Windsurfing). There's just something about this little hippy town that breeds creativity, plus the fact that one of the best (and most reliable) downwind runs on the planet runs right by the town.

This winter has brought some great SUP swell to the windy island of Maui, nothing huge; just a good head high set every now and again. In this video you'll get a glimpse of the average Maui swell this time of year, plus some great stand up paddle surfing and a nice summer tune...
