Blair Gavin Crowned WWA 2016/17 PATRIK Slalom Champion

With the official season coming to a close we have found ourselves with a clear top three for the WWA 2016/17 Patrik Slalom Serie.

With four rounds being raced at Safety Bay and Greenhead (Round 2) we had a variety of winds and conditions to contend with and test the racers. Congratulations to Blair Gavin (Tabou/GA) for his win (8169 points)

Brendan Little (Goya/Goya) took out 2nd place (7641 points), with Roger Swindall (RRD/*Board/RRD) in 3rd place (7443 points)

Thanks to the series sponsors Patrik & Steves Surf Shed for the support, to all that participated, and with over 36 sailors competing over 4 rounds made for some great racing action.

Also an even bigger thanks to all the volunteers at SBYC and WWA who help run these events. See you next season for some more racing.

1st. Blair Gavin (Tabou/GA).
2nd. Brendan Little (Goya/Goya)
3rd. Roger Swindall (RRD/RRD)
