MONSTER MOVES

Witness the sickness with Steven Van Broeckhoven

Having finished the opening freestyle event of the year - Podersdorf, Austria - in a brilliant second place, Steven Van Broeckhoven (JP / NeilPryde / Different) recently competed in the Defi Wind. With a good forecast for a few days after the completion of the contest, the Belgian maestro decided to extend his stay in Gruissan, France, where he was rewarded with some perfect, full power, freestyle conditions.

Van Broeckhoven certainly lives up to his reputation of being the King of Pop in his latest video as he boosts in to some monster moves. The 2011 PWA Freestyle world champion explodes into amazing double air funnels, futures and a radical shuvit spock into spock, but the best of the bunch, without doubt, is an astonishing air kabikuchi off of the mirror flat water.

The next installment of PWA Freestyle will be from July 19th to the 26th when both the men and women head to Fuerteventura, and we are already excited to see the insane action.
