Gollito savours his victory

With the dust just settling after the whirlwind 2008 PWA World Tour Season, the riders and windsurf brands have had just enough time to let their achievements sink in, and reflect on what has been another outstanding year of competition.

For board brand Fanatic, it's been an especially memorable year, with Victor Fernandez and Jonas Ceballos taking second and third overall in the wave rankings, Jose Estredo dominated in freestyle to win the World Title, Nayra Alonso sailed to third overall in waves, similarly Laure Treboux took third overall in freestyle, and to top it all off, Fanatic came second overall in the PWA Constructors Championship.

As a tribute to their achievements, Carl Nyberg has pieced together a short highlight reel documenting all the best bits of 2008.
