Rocking SA with Ross Williams in 'Not Another Cape Town Clip'

Britain's Ross Williams (Tabou / Gaastra) is one of the few remaining sailors who competes in more than one discipline on the PWA World Tour. In 2012 Williams proved that he is one of the most talented windsurfers in the world as he accomplished an incredible achievement by finishing in top ten for both wave and slalom. In the waves the Brit finished in 9th place - with his best finish 5th in Sylt - whilst taking home 7th overall in the slalom - best place finish 2nd in Sylt. The thirty-three year olds superb performances also earned him the bragging rights of being the highest ranked Brit in both disciplines.

Williams has now released his winter training video of him ripping up the world class waves of Cape Town - as he helped to research and develop the 2014 sail range for Gaastra. Williams is renowned for his silky smooth style on the wave and his latest video is no different as he combines powerful, fluid turns with effortless takas and radical frontside wave 360s, as well as throwing in pushloops and stylish one-footed backies for good measure.

The Thirty-three year old is now back on the water having suffered a fractured Talus at the end of March, and all his attention will now be turned towards Costa Brava, where he'll make his first appearance of the season having missed out on competing in South Korea.
