Fair enough. To me "technically possible" and "very, very easy" are pretty far apart on the spectrum.

whew !! Back to normal times. They aren’t far apart by the way - Hilly was making a point that not providing your weight and board volume with a question is unanswerable really.

Be honest 19/20 knots is easy with the given weight and board volume above. 22 - ya on octane !

For some annoying reason I already know your guys' weight and gear so I can map it out from there 🙂
Sweet, sounds like it'd work well - PRv2 4.3m up to 22-24 then Frig 3.5 to infinity.

Around 80kg. I've had it out in 22-24 quite a few times in the past fortnight and it's not too bad. I know we've hit 27 when it starts going mental, that's not fun but it's "technically possible" haha.

haha … depends I suppose what ya doing. I did a number of runs in exmouth on it in less than that and it was horrible upwind and even worse in the waves. Even doing DW runs we were trekking 3km out past burrows for better runners and it was like fighting a demented monkey. But to be fair it was awesome once it was packed away …. what wait …. ?

At 24 knots I've been jamming it into my stash belt the first chance I get and making peace with having to cut more 😅
