As one of the PWA's top ten freestylers, Phil Soltysiak (Starboard / Sailworks / Dakine) is dedicated to training all year round, in all conditions. From the howling winds of Brazil, to the flat waters of Egypt and the slightly colder conditions in Tarifa, Soltysiak gets out in it all.

Soltysiak has been training in Tarifa for the past three weeks, and he managed to score some great conditions. He has put together an action packed clip of one of his sessions from Playa Chika. Where, despite the slightly colder and choppy water, Soltysiak is still ripping.
