Yea, I'm in..what time?

BOM Saturday: E/SE winds 20/30 knots

And Seabreeze chart is diff., showing little and variable wind for Sat..........what's going on Laurie?

Who do we trust, Seabreeze or BOM for Sat. forecast?

Maybe Laurie's having a nap and hasn't updated yet.

Well if your keen Nick, get your girlfriends organised, set a course, and we'll be closer to finding out if us Pellie Point Perfectionists just got lucky last time or not.

looks like its ON then [}:)]
How about we coordinate it on the forum - either Sat or Sun depending on the wind
And how about making it even more interesting.
A 3 way challenge - a return bout between the peli pansies & the melville munchers with the gauntlet also thrown down to our Lucky Bay poledancing neighbours up the road. Hear tell there are a few of those guys heavily into shame & degradation so we will invite them along to chase the kites around.
4 way would have been great too but the peli pt kiters tell us that the polies down their way are simply not up to the task . Guess we will have to leave them out of it. [}:)]
Bring your friends & family along to watch. The course is set so spectators will be able to follow the whole race.
Could be the real deal this time round
Be warned - petals will be plucked

What are ppls thoughts on possibly either day

We should do it airhead!

I know some guys with a boat and if we invite Silviu he could have it all on film.........lots of things got to fall in place though. We'll need a good strong Easterly and all that permission which has been mentioned before. What's the fine anyway?

Looks like we need to take on the Mighty Pelicans again. Sunday looking promising.

Razor Rocks looking good for the a.m.

Funny you should mention it airhead
This event is running as a pretty high priority as a possible WAKSA event for the 06/07 season.
More later with a bit o' luck.

Oohweeeeeeeeee, nice little one this a.m. Looks like Razor Rocks going off all day today.

Hey Paul, haven't heard a thing from the girls...you got myself, Puppet and the Reli Man. All the other "girls" have gone in to hiding, or they just don't want to do it again.

Don't know what's happening, perhaps it is quiet because of bad wind predictions or simply that the weather is changing...cyclones and all. Cyconic weather brings nice sunsets....magic in WAAAAAAAAAAAaa.

Let us hope for some honking wind this weekend.

Wind charts look good for Sunday afternoon.
So Melville, have you laid out the course yet? What is the start time? Are you putting on a picnic for the visitors or do we have to bring our own?

Not much interest, not much wind...going to be light S if anything....think it not worth it.

It also conflicts with the Memorial Downwinder for Paul MaCarthy. No more Social Racing for me I'm afraid.

Yeah you're right - should have checked the diary first. Maybe a course race downwinder to City Beach SLSC via Rotto - or maybe Dale wants the Scarb to City Beach upwind challenge?? Still up to the Melville guys to organize - I assume that last weekend didn't happen?

Nah fk all happend, no wind maybe??

Dont want this to die in the arse, its good fun a first. Just difficult at this time of year with Winter looming.

I'm up for it when it happens...

Otherwise we should have a bit more organisation for next season. Ie draw up a chart say on this date upwind from pelli to Melville. Then this date Melville course race. Then this date such and such....etc etc etc ..
whatcha reckon....

Well I turned up.
I don't understand why nobody else from Melville was there. It used to be their beach. I had a great time by myself. A nice place Melville but there's far more competition happening at Pelican Point.
