Great White Shark 'investigates' Kayak fisherman

Call it 'curious', maybe 'investigating', or possibly just sizing these two fisherman up for lunch, this great white shark was a little too interested! Out the back of the break, two Kayak fisherman were rafted up, enjoying their morning when the noticed a 4m long shadow beneath them. Lucky for the GoPro, you get to watch too as the Great White Shark circles for over five minutes, nudging the kayaks, swimming away, returning for another nudge and so on. All the while, the two fisherman keep pretty cool (although the sound is muted, probably to silence a long string of understandable swearing). This footage was shot in South Africa, the undisputed Great White capital of the world, in Hartenbos, Mossel Bay. Just a few hundred kilometers west of the famous Jeffreys Bay, where Mick Fanning was attacked by a great white shark earlier this year during the finals of the J Bay Pro.
