Hobart sailors Drew Latham, Nick Carter and Nick ?Camel? Johnston have won the 68th Australian championship in the iconic Lightweight Sharpie class at Black Rock on Melbourne?s Port Phillip ? the first win by a Tasmanian crew in eight years. Sailing One Hump or Two, Latham and his crew, dominated the championship fleet of 35 boats from all mainland states, winning the with one race to spare. They won both invitation races and followed this with four wins and three thirds in the championship series, with South Australian boats All Scoobed Out, skippered by Dave Higgins, Pigout (Geoff McCloud) and ...
