Bunbury and Return Ocean Race report. The anticipated strong southerly conditions for this weekend?s Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club 63rd Bunbury and Return Ocean Race have been thrown into doubt with the development of Tropical Cyclone Vince off the north-west coast of Western Australia. Whilst the cyclone is unlikely to directly affect the fleet, the influence of the big rotating storm on conditions in the south-west has driven weather forecasters and navigators back to the drawing board as crews plan for the race.
