China Coast Regatta 2010 - the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club's CCR is a highlight of the Hong Kong racing season, and with good reason. It's flat-out racing, and no holds barred. If you don't want to work hard, don't turn up. RO Steve Bourne got three windward-leeward races away today for the IRC a, B, and C divisions, and two each for IRC Cruising, HKPN and the J/80s. In good healthy 16-knt breeze, the trio of Mills approximately-40-footers (Ambush, Blondie and EFG Bank Mandrake) raced the three back-to-back raced practically in each others' pockets.
