Irish Etchells Championships at Howth last day was reduced to a single race of just two legs through lack of wind - and after some legal wrangling over whether discards came into force after four or five races - Peter McNeill of Australia was declared the winner, narrowly ahead of the UK's Julia Bailey, the winner of the fourth and final race. Sunday proved to be a frustrating time, both for competitors and the race management team.
