Keeping the crew busy preparing food when the weather is nice and then serving something really tasty and homely when it has all gone to God, are two fundamentals of offshore racing, indeed cruising too! Food ended up being a massive part of the 1885nm Melbourne to Vanuatu race. A lot of the crews in that event chose to go with Easyfoods for a lot of their catering requirements for their offshore work. Eric Marsh, Slinky Malinky's Skipper, was extremely happy with the food and their ease of use. 'The food was fantastic.... we just love it, especially the shanks! ...
