PUMA's Leg 5 Week 4 video is now available for download or viewing.

As well as some great footage from the Southern Ocean on the approach to Cape Horn, this week's video includes a guide on how to be an ocean racer, taught by the PUMA Ocean Racing crew.

At the bottom of the video, click on one of nine other clips to see video from PUMA Racing and other yachts in the Volvo Ocean Race as they approach Cape Horn this week.

View in full screen if you can. If you have buffering issues let the movie run through and then go back and replay.

This is very good quality video and looks great in full screen if you can manage it, and keep an eye out for the great Whitbread WTR and Volvo OR sailor, Erle Williams (NZL) on Puma Racing
