Fleet Update - 2130hrs 27 March 2009. Stephen Ainsworth's Loki is currently leading Audi Sydney Offshore Newcastle Yacht Race and is about to round the mark off Crowdy Head.

Loki is being closely followed by Andrew Short Marine Shockwave 5 only two nautical miles behind.

Cameron Miles' prediction of finishing at 0300 Saturday morning may not eventuate - but Loki won't be far from that time

Syd Fischer's Ragamuffin is currently holding third position, twelve nautical miles behind Loki.

It's too early to tell yet who will take the IRC Overall win but based on current standings Paul Clitheroe's Balance is placed first with Rob Hanna's Shogun second and Graeme Wood's Wot Yot (skippered by Bill Sykes) is third.
