Altis Consulting skipper Phillip Cooke had just got around to thinking how easy this skiff racing caper was when he received the fright of his life in Saturday's Manly 16ft Skiff Spring Pointscore race. Cooke opened up a two-three minute advantage over the fleet after sailing a near faultless race before Aero Sails (Gerard Smith) began gobbling up his lead.
