Meridien Marinas Airlie Beach Race Week Day 2 is another fine and sunny day in the beautiful Whitsundays.

Today is the Molle Islands race, approximately 22 nautical miles of spectacular sailing for all classes, other than the Sportsboats and SB3 classes. Race Officials have advised the start will be out at Pioneer Rock.

The Sportsboats and SB3's will be dashing their way around the marks out on Pioneer Bay, completing windward leewards courses. their scheduled start time is in an hour.

With a recent reading of 15-20 knots from the SE at Hamilton Island, everyone is looking forward to a great day of racing.

After a short postponement to all the breeze to fill in racing is now under way for the IRC classes. Other classes starting shortly.
