Tasmania's International Mirror Class Macintyre Cup regatta at Kingston Beach Sailing Club on 27th and 28th November marked the finish of a transformation of the boats headed to the National and World Championships in Albany, WA over the Christmas/New Year period. Although the regatta had only 11 entries, eight of those present are going to Albany and the regatta was their last major hit out. Of the 11 boats, nine had the new Bermudan rig, with some boats featuring brand new sails, and with all boats heading to Albany with the new modern spinnakers. The regatta was held in generally ...
