Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania's Winter Pennant Series report. The Northshore 38 Moonshine today notched up her second Division 1 win of the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania's Winter Pennant series, sailed in a fresh to strong north-west to northerly breeze on the Derwent. The fleet revelled in the strongest winds so far this winter season, with the breeze between 15-20 knots for most of the race, with some bullets of 25 to 28 knots. Skippered by Bruce Palmer, Moonshine has notched up two wins and a fourth so far this winter to provisionally hold a two point lead overall ...
