NSW Maritime Boating Safety Officers will be out in force on Hunter inland dams this weekend, Chief Executive Steve Dunn said. Mr Dunn said recent sustained rainfall had led to higher water levels which, in turn, had generated greater boating activity on the many dams in the area. 'Dam levels are up which has improved conditions for boating on inland waters. Already we are seeing increased boating of all kinds on local dams, and we are expecting this to continue into the summer season,' Mr Dunn said.
