Oceania Sailing Federation (OSAF) has now completed one year of operation and has found life frustratingly difficult as a new baby within an organisation of an old world European based International Federation that is struggling to understand today?s youth of the world, their growth spurts and desires for innovation and new actions especially in the fast growing environments of Asia, Africa and Oceania. However we have Youth on our side and a vast array of resources to add to the wonderful world of Sailing and so we will succeed and we have an acute understanding of time in the Pacific, ...
