PWA Cabo Verde World Cup - The world's finest came tantalisingly close to competing on the second day of competition in Cabo Verde, but the conditions failed to cooperate. With the promise of a pumping swell and fifteen knots of wind, an early skipper's briefing was held to prepare the fleet for the day ahead.
