Sailing Superstars head Lake Macquarie charity race

Toronto, on Lake Macquarie south of Newcastle, will be the venue for a spectacular sailing event at 11 am this Saturday (October 2) as more than 70 yachts and dinghies set spinnakers and take off down the lake for the annual Heaven Can Wait Charity Yacht Regatta. If the conditions are right and at moment winds of 14-18 knots from the north east are forecast the battle for the lead will be between the exciting 18 foot skiffs , long a favourite on Sydney Harbour and five super high tech foiling Moths.
