Thomas Coville onboard the mai trimaran Sodebo is attempting to break Francis Joyon's IDEC 'solo' round the World Record - the Jules Verne Trophy record. It is the 52nd day at sea for round the world soloist Thomas Coville and it brings more setbacks. The skipper of Sodebo is having to face another meteorological barrier on his journey back to Europe. Due to the 'anticyclonic swamp' sprawling across the North Atlantic, Thomas Coville is being forced to make a massive detour via the West.
