Some days on the water, anyone out on trapeze might be considered somewhat of a gymnast, but when this crew took their Nacra out on a flat day - they took it to a whole new level!

Not only does she perform a perfect hand stand on the wire, but this girl can bend her legs right around and almost touch the gunwales! We'll let you watch her other trick for yourself - it's amazing.

Perhaps it's best not to try this yourself, unless you're particularly flexible, and have 100% confidence in your wetsuit…
