Vestas SailRocket2 delayed on route to Namibia

On Tuesday March 8th the SailRocket Team launched its second-generation speed sailing boat from East Cowes on the Isle of Wight. Vestas SailRocket 2 is designed to be significantly faster than its predecessor, with the ultimate aim of breaking the 'Outright World Speed Sailing Record'. On Monday March 14th, Vestas SailRocket was packed and shipped to Walvis Bay, Namibia. The original ETA was 6th April. Now the arrival is delayed until 13-14th.
