'Final whistle for World Cup fans’ football pitch begins work on boat show harbour' Motorboats Monthly
A floating football pitch used by fans to watch the World Cup final is to be transformed into walkways for Australia's largest boat show. The unique five-a-side pitch has hosted street football competitions between local teams as part of the Sydney International FIFA Fan Fest. For a whole month, Darling Harbour has been transformed for a continuous celebration of the World Cup complete with music, dancing and giant screens for live coverage. Read the full story here ...
