You won't see waves on the Sunny Coast Better than this!

"Thank Huey for Monday Sessions... This one was for the bloke stuck in that meeting..."
A couple of times a year, the East Coast of Australia gets a really, really good wave. One worthy of news headlines and press around the world raising one eyebrow and muttering 'hmphh, those Aussies got an alright wave this week."

It doesn't have to be big, (although that helps) because quite often, the best waves are the ones that are juuuuuust right. Like these puppies at Sunshine Beach just south of Noosa in QLD. Shot in the conditions two days after 'that' competition in Sydney called Cape Fear, the sun came out and the wind dropped off. It was solid overhead beachie barrels for everyone. Everyone who wasn't at work that is!

Thank Huey for Monday sessions…

Check out this cracker of a day on the Sunshine Coast, with only a few boys out there, and the legendary Keahi De Aboitiz behind the sticks of a Phantom 3.
