Monday morning's installment comes once again from the sun drenched shores of Cape Town, this time documenting the Czech Republic's Tom Malina (Fanatic / Simmer) over the course of the winter period.

After a 2010 season which was plagued by illness, and also saw Malina lose 10Kg, his decision to spend the winter regaining his fitness and training in South Africa for the 2011 season seems to have been a shrewd one.

From the look of this video he had plenty of opportunity to dial back into his slalom form, as well as get in some quality wave sailing and all important relaxation.
