Jessica Watson, from Buderim, Queensland, is the youngest person to sail around the world, non-stop and unassisted. Jessica was born on May 18, 1993 on the Gold Coast making her 16 when she set sail from Sydney on October 18, 2009. At the welcoming press conference at China Cup's racing venue today, Jessica expressed her delight to be the Ambassador of China Cup. She said, 'I love sailing. I have interest in anything related to sailing activities. I believe it is an honor rather than a commercial behavior to be the Ambassador of China Cup. My aim is to introduce ...
