After being two races down, on match point, and trailing mid-way through the third race, Emirates Team New Zealand came back from the dead to win the Louis Vuitton Trophy in an action-packed afternoon of match race sailing. The New Zealand crew, winners of the Louis Vuitton Trophy Auckland in February, prevailed 3-2 against the Synergy Russian Sailing Team, who won the first race of the day to lead 2-0 going into the vital third race.
