Manroland Tornado World Championship's first day started with a bang, great wind conditions and a perfect three races. The wind conditions were 15-17 knots gusting 20 at the start, it died slightly at the top mark in the second race but soon came back. Meaning the Tornados had a brilliant day sailing the waters of the Lubeck Bay. The first two races were reasonably clean starts but on the third race a number of boats were OCS but continued without realising. At the start of the second race an incident involving an Italian team that parked just off the line ...
