Part two of our interview with Commission chairman Phil Jones, as he explains the Olympic Commission report, published earlier in May. The 2008 Madrid ISAF annual conference recognised the need for an overall strategic plan, rather than enduring more disastrous ad hoc decision making, such a the decision to drop the mono-hull from the Olympic program. They therefore set up the Olympic Commission.
