Three changes lead to the success of the 2010 OAMPS Insurance Brokers NSW Youth Championship; 1) Racing was held on two course areas on Botany Bay 2) Trapezoid courses were used, a move away from the inside outside windward / leeward course configuration. This gave competitors from NSW and Interstate the opportunity to race at the venue using the course configuration that will be used at the Australian Youth Championships to be held in January 2011. 3) Class base racing was introduced, a move away from the Traditional yardstick system.
